About This Program
When a woman earns, her entire family benefits. Babudham Trust's Women Empowerment program is designed around this simple truth. By equipping rural women with practical skills, financial literacy, and leadership confidence, we create a ripple effect that uplifts entire communities.
Our program operates through a network of 35+ self-help groups and training centres. Women graduate with not just skills, but with a support system of peers, mentors, and market connections that sustain their growth long after formal training ends.
